After drawing us as My Little Ponies we decided to do Thunder Cats. This drawing of me as a Sand Cat came out in about a day. I think I’m a Sand Cat because they go out of their way to avoid danger, so I did an appropriate epic battle pose consisting of me about to bravely run away! She bravely ran away away!
Otra = Caramel Surprise
Breed: Fjord and Ardennes cross
He’s my lovin’ Husband, and he’s actually a unicorn, his fro just covers the horn. Steady as a rock and strong as an ox.
Markus = Sunnyland Slim
Breed: American Saddlebred
This Pegasus is actually afraid of heights in real life. This best buddy of mine, named for an outstanding Blues singer as well as his personality and body type is always self conflicted. So I thought the wings were appropriate. But he’s also an awesome dancer and athlete when he’s not busy drawing, so I thought this slender 5 gated breed suited him well.
Candice = Bubblegum Vermouth
Breed = Quarter Horse
This true blue comrade is a talented craftswoman. She’s strong and reliable, and the explosive power of the quarter horse translates well to her awesome artistic ideas.
Rebecca (me) = Riesling Riot
Breed = Andalusian
It’s hard to be objective on myself, but I chose the Andalusian because I’m a bit of a looker. I’m not as graceful as this breed tends to be, but I’m sensitive to those around me and my temperament will shift to how I am treated.
